I have been a nurse for over 20 years, in that time I have gained invaluable experience. More recently I found a love and appreciation for Statistics and the power of Data. From 2015 I became more involved in the management and Quality Improvement activities.

I'm a firm believer in change management principles and the use of constant improvement cycle based on Plan - Do -Check - Act cycle.
